Nora (2013) Synopsis :

NORA is a haunting psychological portrait of policewomanMaria Kirchner, who accidentally kills a young student trying tobreak into her school. Maria is suspended from duty and triesto come to terms with what has happened and steals a piece ofsecured evidence. Through filmed video recordings, Mariadelves into Noras world and gets tangled up in the atmosphereof sexuality and violence.While the film presents flashbacks of Noras profile as aperpetra tor and her pathological friendship with two peers,Norbert and Patrick, Maria has to face her own unstablerelation ship with her dement mother, her neglected daughterand her burned out colleague Oliver.In order to be able to resume their police duties, Maria andOliver have to undergo questioning by police psychologists,which, in the end, leads to very difference consequences forthem both.
